• Selfie of you holding your government ID – ONLY address & DL # can be covered – all other information must be clearly legible. Separate photos of yourself and/or your ID do not fit this requirement.
• P411 account with 10+ okays from active providers who each have 10+ reviews

I do not accept any other verification methods, such as references or FaceTime.
